Located in a prime location, within easy walking distance from beaches, shops, and local restaurants, this cool and contemporary vacation rental is ready for your next getaway to St. Augustine. The entire upper level of this home is a gem and only one block away from the private beach walking towards the beach on Palencia St, so you will have no delay in getting your fill of sandy toes and crashing waves. Inside this delightful home, you'll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with loads of countertop prep space, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a coffee bar. Dine together or play some board games at the adjacent dining table for eight, and then relax in the living area while you stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart flatscreen TV (don't forget your account info for your favorite streaming services). Outside, you'll find a furnished deck, a gas grill, shared pool, and plenty of poolside seating for lazy afternoons.

Beautiful Weekend in St. Augustine

We stayed at this wonderful spot for the second time. Comfortable and well furnished and close to the beach. We will stay there again!

Great rental and location

The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is amazing, 5 min walk to the beach and 10min drive to historic downtown.

Nice stay at Vilano Beach

Property was nicely remodeled w/pool, inside accommodations were pleasant, clean, and had washer/dryer which was very nice. Beach is just around corner and a short walk. Would recommend!

Midwinter Escape from PA Cold!

Family from PA came down for a short escape from very cold winter. They enjoyed the pool and local beaches. Rental was very close to St. Aug for shopping and restaurants. Very nice!

Loved this Condo in a Fun Funky Florida Town

In Florida often, but I can't remember when I had a better time. The Condo is the second-floor unit in cool "old Florida" neighborhood. A block from Vilano Beach, which is an isolated funky, throw-back village. Peaceful, friendly, but only 5-10 minutes by car from all the St. Augustine sites. Walking distance to great food at Puccini's Pizzeria. The Condo was beautiful and had everything needed for a fun time. The backyard is your own little resort retreat. Looking forward to going back.

Pleasant stay but a couple things to improve on.

We had to ask twice for drapes in small bedroom. No access to tv due to lack of instructions. Need to put a sign on stairwell so as to not hit your head. No where in showers to put soap.
