The home is located directly behind the beautiful Merrimon-Wynne House—perfect for guests attending weddings, receptions, or other special events there. Please note: while the proximity is a major perk, occasional music from events may be heard until 11pm.

Our guests enjoy exclusive access to Sous Terre, Chef Scott Crawford's private underground cocktail club within walking distance from the townhome. This private speakeasy is located beneath Jolie and Crawford & Son in Raleigh's Oakwood neighborhood and is only accessible with a physical key that you will have access to.

This home has two full flights of stairs. Upon entry, guests go up a flight to the main level which has the kitchen, dining, and living areas as well as a secondary bedroom with full bath. Another flight of stairs goes to the primary bedroom/full bath and another secondary bedroom/full bath.
