This lovely 51 sq m studio is on the 11th floor, accessible by elevator.
The studio is elegantly furnished, well-kept, and designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom. It has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable Queen bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony. Step outside to the balcony with outdoor furniture and a Hot tub, where you can completely unwind—perfect for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments comes occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Also, there is an ongoing construction on the other side of the lake.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Guests can indulge in world-class dining at nearby restaurants such as The Maine Land Brasserie, La Serre, GAIA, Cé La Vi, Nusr-Et, and Zuma. Shopping options are abundant, from luxury brands at Dubai Mall and boutiques at Souk Al Bahar to convenient community retail at Bay Avenue Mall and nearby stores, all just moments away.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station, Business Bay, is a 13 minute drive away.
DXB Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 10 minutes away by car.
You will have direct access to the Dubai Canal Walkway.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
