Dave and I met in Costa Rica in 2010. We had a long distance relationship for a while. Not to long ago we got married and move to the USA.
We both love Rock Climbing and Surfing. Our dream is someday to be able to spend the USA winters in Costa Rica and the USA summers in New Hampshire (where Dave was born).
The apartment in Costa Rica is in a house that has been in the family for generations. My grandfather build it and lived there with his family. He sold it to my parents when they got married and they turned it into a 3 apartments and one house property. I grew up there. A few months ago my husband and I bought it from my mom.
My mom, Ivonne, lives in one of the apartments and helps us manage the place. She is sweet and caring. Her English is not perfect, but she is able to express herself and understands very well. She used to rent the house to American families that went to the Spanish Language Institute located around the corner from the house. She loves to help our guests with recommendations about the area and the country.
We also have a beautiful house in the White Mountains in New Hampshire and we hope to add it to Airbnb by the end of next year.
We will be very happy to have you at our place. We hope you enjoy not just the apartment, but the country.

Our place is perfect for expats, you literally only need to bring your cloths. The kitchen is fully equiped, towels, blankets, fast intertnet (20 Megabits). And if you are missing something, just ask, we will probably have it in storage.
Within walking distance you will find; supermarkets, corner stores, 4 different banks, veterinarians, beuty salons, bar, small restaurants, dentist, doctors and a brand new spa around the corner!!
