House is a modular home built in 2019, everything is practically brand new and not a daily rental. This is our private vacation home and we are looking for a nice family or couple to enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as their own. Looking for seasoned vacationers to build a relationship with for future vacation experiences. Our home is a 2/2 1,000 square feet. Has its own laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer. Laminate flooring throughout the entire home. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with upgraded mattresses, new pillows and top thread count. Kitchen is outfitted with everything you may need for your stay up to including pots and pans, coffee machine and espresso machine.

Beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrellas on site for your use if needed. USE OF BOAT LIFT IS AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL FEE. Community has private boat launch marina and storage for your trailer will be available at an additional fee at several nearby marinas but will be your own responsibility. There are three fishing rods on the property for your use to fish right off the back of the house.

The house is located across the street from the beach. You can take your car, or walk over and/or utilize the underground cross-walk. It's fewer than 100 yards to the sand, or a two minute walk to the deck with seating overlooking the ocean.

The pool is heated to 80 degrees in the winter, and there is also a clubhouse with pool tables. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, ranging from casual to the best restaurant on the island with ocean views, which is just across the street on the beach!

Note: Minimum rental is one week. No pets are allowed. Welcome home and enjoy your stay. No parties and 4 person maximum for stays sorry.
