This house was perfect! We had a lovely Girl’s Stay and enjoyed the clean, comfy home and Cowboy Pool too! The coffee bar and kitchen were the best I’ve seen! I highly recommend this house!!

The most beautiful sun rose and sunset you’ll ever see. Great communicatio with our host. Great coffee bar well appointed home for cooking for a small group. Will rent again!

The property was lovely and the perfect distance from all of the Round Top Antique Show fun. The house was very welcoming and fully equipped. The back porch was the perfect end to a busy day of exploring the show. We felt safe and appreciated the ability to spread out a bit. The hosts were very quick to respond and happy to answer any question we had. We will definitely be booking this property again for our next girls trip!

Windy Hill Retreat was the absolute best trip for my husband & I for a little weekend get away. Communication with the host is great, the home was super clean, I loved the help sheets for the tv and a booklet on the home was very informative. The cowboy pool is great!!! We relaxed on the back porch or in the cowboy pool enjoying the cows, deer, squirrels and the most amazing bird watching. They have thought of everything to make this a great vacation for their guest!! I highly recommend.

We stayed at this wonderful home while attending the Round Top Film Festival. It's a beautiful home and the property is peaceful and private. The hot tub was a great place to relax with the cooler weather now. Great coffee bar with lots of amenities. Nice that there was a wine fridge too. Will definitely stay in the future.

My overall impression of our recent stay at your modern farmhouse was truly a delightful experience for my family and me. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful views that surround the property. The modern farmhouse is situated on serene acreage, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment that was just perfect for our getaway.  The fully equipped kitchen made it a breeze to prepare our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the great deck, which provided a wonderful spot to relax and take in the lovely sunrises and sunsets. The cowboy pool was clean and refreshing, and we had a fantastic time making s'mores around the fire pit in the evenings.  The house itself is exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and clean linens that ensured we had a restful and pleasant stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our experience all the more enjoyable.  Overall, our stay at your modern farmhouse was nothing short of wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future!
