A fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, counter seating for four, and opens to a dining area that seats six, perfect for prepping meals or enjoying takeout from Austin’s famous food scene.



Step outside to experience a backyard oasis—you'll discover a limestone patio complete with a built-in fire ring—an inviting spot to gather and roast marshmallows in the evenings. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between a primary king sized loft suite, 2 private bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room.



Bedroom #1: The king suite (2nd floor) includes a king size bed, smart TV, reading nook in the attic space, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2: includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3: includes two twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

- The attic reading nook is accessible via a very steep ladder from the primary loft suite—best suited for older kids or adults.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
