Important information

Included with the villa rental:

- Full access to the entire villa, pool, and services.

- Staff and services: manager, housekeeping and laundry assistants, chef/cook, bartender, maintenance team, and security.



Meal Plans for Guests:

- Adults (12+ years): $85 USD per person/day

- Children (4-11 years): $40 USD per person/day

- Young children (under 4 years): Free



Meal plans will be arranged with the group prior to arrival to accommodate preferences, dietary needs, or allergies. The daily flat rate includes the purchase, preparation, and service of three excellent daily meals by our chef, as well as cocktail hour snacks and all non-alcoholic drinks, sodas, and natural juices. We also provide a complimentary welcome snack bar upon arrival, including the following beverages: 24 Dominican beers (Presidente), Brugal Extra Viejo Rum, Brugal White Rum, Absolut Vodka, Gin, 3 bottles of white wine, and 3 bottles of Cava Jaume Serra.
