Nestled along the scenic Brazos River, this peaceful waterfront retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation, recreation, and Aggieland convenience. Located just minutes from Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, and Northgate, Aggieland Riverview is ideal for game day weekends, family vacations, fishing trips, couples getaways, and special gatherings. Spend your days enjoying river views, casting a line from the riverbank, or relaxing in a hammock before ending the evening around the fire pit beneath the Texas stars.

Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. Guest must provide documentation upon request. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated.

8. Parking: Parking is allowed on the driveway and on the gravel section.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the garbage bin. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.

17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

18. Dropoff Safety: This property is located adjacent to an unfenced dropoff near the river. Guests are strongly advised to exercise caution when outdoors, especially near the edge. Children must be supervised at all times. Please avoid approaching the dropoff area during inclement weather or low visibility.

The venue was exactly what we needed for A&M graduation weekend. It provided a close venue to get to multiple ceremonies, we were able to host a party for our graduates with plenty of room, and it was the perfect place to stay overnight with our big family. We would absolutely stay here again and you should too! The hosts were kind enough to leave tons of bottled water and ice along with snacks. The kids enjoyed making smores in the fire pit and the sound of the river was icing on the cake. It was so peaceful and quiet in the countryside and "Aggieland Oasis" lived up to its name. This is the place you've been looking for.

There is so much to LOVE about being a host! Creating the perfect “Home-Away-From-Home” experience has been such a joy.

My name is Kathy Scott, and my family has called the Brazos Valley home for five generations. My husband, Neil, and I are grateful to serve our community as local business owners. We are local short-term rental property owners and are hands-on in managing our properties. I’m also a real estate broker and designer. I’ve built a career around managing properties and creating positive experiences for our guests and for the homeowners who trust us to share their beautiful homes with our community through short-term rentals.

Hosting combines everything I love: designing welcoming spaces, connecting with people from all over, and sharing the community we’ve cherished for more than 20 years together as a couple, and for most of my life. What I enjoy most is helping guests connect with family, friends, and with our Aggieland community. Seeing people relax, make memories together, and feel truly at home brings me so much joy.
