Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or take in the stunning views of the community. Guests also have access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and lush parks—all within a vibrant gated community just steps from the Trump International Golf Club.

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Just a two-minute walk from the Trump Golf Club, it’s also a short drive to popular attractions like Global Village (10 minutes) and IMG Worlds of Adventure (12 minutes), while Dubai Marina and JBR are around 25 minutes away, and Downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa is just 30 minutes by car. Dubai Airport can be reached in approximately 35 minutes. For dining and shopping, you’ll find Prato Restaurant within the Trump Golf Club, along with Carluccio’s, Tuk Tuk Thai, Starbucks, and more nearby. Essentials like Carrefour Market, Viva, salons, and pharmacies are all within easy reach, while The Ranches Souk is just a 10-minute drive for additional shopping and dining options.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
