This cabin boasts 2 private rooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed, plus additional twin beds in the lower level solarium with a walkout to the large patio, perfect for a variety of guests. Enjoy a game of pool or card game in the lower level billiard room. Close to a variety of activities including Hoosier National Forest, Derby Tavern, and Blue Heron Winery, this private 3-level cabin retreat is set for comfort boasting 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Walk the pristine grounds, relax in the outdoor hot tub, unwind by the fire pit, and enjoy the river view with its spectacular sunrises and wildlife, including the Bald Eagles. Enjoy breathtaking views while watching the river barges and the Ohio River Steamboat Cruises coming around the river bend. Experience what the tranquil community of Magnet Valley has to offer and escape into a world of peace and privacy.

The little details when we walked in were wonderful. The TV playing music, the scrabble letters, all of it just played into the atmosphere of our little weekend vacation. Very relaxing, had everything we needed. Would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful property. Very detail was clearly carefully thought of. We had a wonderful stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate much (heavy rains 2/3 days). Plenty of space for our fam of 4 to spread out, and plenty of areas for us to hang out together as well. We really enjoyed playing the old school Clue!! We will definitely look to come back in the future!One note if arriving later in the evening - watch for deer closely within the last 10 miles or so! We almost hit three!

This was better than the pictures! Tons of room and even though there were cabins on each side we had so much privacy!! It really was such a great stay - we enjoyed every aspect of the home. The scrabble message welcoming us along with the music was just an added touch that we appreciated.It was very peaceful and was exactly what we needed - thank you for sharing your space with us!

This is an amazing home! The views are stunning and it’s such a peaceful place to stay. The home has all the comforts of home and more. A lot of thought and care went into decorating the home to make it super comfortable. Outside is the hot tub with a view of the Ohio River, along with a super comfortable bed swing and other furniture. We enjoyed sitting outside at night listening to several owls. Check in, communication and check out were easy.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The pool table was a favorite with my husband and kids. We had everything we needed even down to laundry soap which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. It gets hot in the upstairs bedroom during the day, but it is comfortable at night. The owner offered to bring by a fan when I asked about it but we did not need it and appreciated the offer. The fire pit was perfect for cooking s’mores by the river. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Everything was clean, well decorated and very inviting. The only thing I wish I could have changed was that we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to returning. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Really enjoyed this property. It was exactly what our family was looking for for a birthday celebration. I was very impressed by the comfortable beds and lovely linens in each room. The hot tub was immaculate and so nice at the end of the day. I was a little worried about finding the cabin but it was very easy. I would recommend bringing some sort of fire starter if you want to use the campfire as we had quite a bit of rain during our stay and struggled a bit. My only minor complaint would be the house has a very strong air freshener scent which our family is sensitive to. After unplugging the plug ins and opening the windows for a bit we were able to air out the rooms but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to perfumes.

The home was spacious and quite attractive. The solarium was an awesome room! You could sit in heated, massage chairs and just see a panoramic view of the river. Watching the barges go by was a fun pasttime. First seeing a barge at night with all the lights was an exciting experience.It was a quiet neighborhood and if it was summer time, there are many opportunities at the home for enjoying the outdoor areas. A twin size swing, hammock, fire pit and hot tub, all with a relaxing view of the river.Our host was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

It was a great house. If you are traveling with a tow vehicle and trailer, the driveway isn’t trailer friendly. The house is listed as 3 bedrooms, but the one downstairs isn’t private and doesn’t have any blinds or curtains.Our group enjoyed our stay and the views from the property. The house was clean. There was beautiful views of the water with sunrise and sunset.
