This clean and cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is your perfect home away from home. Located just 7 miles from fort Jackson, and close to downtow columbia andall it has to offer, as well as being just a short 15 minute drive to Williams Brice Stadium to watch a Gamecocks home game. There is a screened in back porch area with table and chairs , and off street parking for 2 cars as well as washer and dryer on property for your convenience. A well equipped kitchen for whipping up whatever you desire. Whether you're looking for an enjoyable family getaway or a relaxing solo retreat, this awesome property has everything you need for a memorable stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Becky was wonderful and her home is right on the lake. We enjoyed the screened in deck, the lake, and the gorgeous views. In a small quiet and safe neighborhood. Becky was very responsive and attentive and left us a delicious local sugar cake that my husband devoured.

This property was perfect for event attended. Surrounded by many community amenities. Suggestions are few, maybe have bottle water on hand and different types of sweeteners for hot coffee/tea. One major issue was smell throughout the home. It wasn’t a host problem, but it smelled like there was a sewage issue. Price was very reasonable for time stayed.

The listing was great and the house was inviting. There was a stopped up sink that I reached out to the property managers with no response. We were able to get the water drained with Drano however it was an inconvenience when trying to cook and clean the kitchn.

We loved the comfortable beds and bedding. We slept well. It was quiet yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room in the living room for us all. We appreciated the Dining room seating since we like to play card and board games together. It wasn't warm enough to use the screened in porch, but definitely would have used it if it was warm.We would have liked to have cleaned up the floors after eating but there was nothing available to do that, so we did the best we could.The kids were able to play their video games on the tv in their bedroom, while the adults watched a movie in the living room.Can't say enough good about it. We felt a little spoiled.

it was a horrific experience, we arrived after 12 hours of driving just to find another family already in the house,VRBO and the owner double booked the property at the same time. We ended up sleeping in the car since the owner did not respond to our messages or phone call, totally ignorant and irresponsible owner, he did reply when I inquired about additional night two months ago and asked for extra money but in this situation that happened to us he completely ignored us.

Check in went relatively smoothly, though we only received the final details about 24 hours before the visit. The problems started shortly thereafter. 1. The front door was open/ajar when we arrived. A gardener was working at the time so we assumed he had been in the house for something. 2. The kitchen was poorly stocked with basic implements making dinner a slower process. Cleanliness was only so-so (wear socks, the floors were not clean). 3. As we were finishing dinner another family showed up... with the door code ... and a reservation, from a different platform, for the same time frame. From about 7:00pm until 10:30pm we tried, to no avail, to contact the host. I did talk to folks at VRBO, and they did verify our reservation but we never did hear back from the host. We hope the other family landed safely and had a good night's sleep. We were uneasy all weekend about the situation. We would certainly never book with this host again! - As a side note, our intention for the visit was to go to Congaree National Park, the house was well located for those purposes!

This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had. The property was double booked, and upon arrival, we discovered someone else was already occupying the home.We attempted to contact the owner several times and received no communication or assistance, leaving us stranded. We had to find somewhere else to stay last minute, which was both stressful and inconvenient.If you’re considering booking here, be aware that there are serious reliability and communication issues. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
