Spring break stay

It was an amazing location the house was so clean and had everything we needed. I over packed but turned out carol and bob knew exactly what the house needed to make everyone stay stress free. I will definitely be back!

Peaceful vacation

Great vacation spot, nice ocean view (especially from the upstairs master bedroom balcony). Easy check in process and clean. Beds were also comfortable. Convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

Wonderful Visit!

We fell in love with this home! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. We did not even need to bring anything for the kitchen or bathrooms as all of the supplies and utensils/pots/pans were provided. A huge bonus was the beach equipment that came with the rental. Had several beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for our toddler. Carol was also wonderful. She informed us that cleaning was done the prior day so we were able to check in before 4pm, which gave us almost an extra full day. We loved the location. Safe area and perfect view of the ocean. We will definitely be back soon!

Best place to stay in Myrtle Beach

A wonderful townhouse right on the beach. Great location, and none of the fuss of a big condo complex. Perfectly sized house for a family and a few doggies. Owner was in regular communication and wonderfully helpful.

Convenient and Clean

This property was very clean and you can tell it has been well maintained. It had all of the necessities and comforts of home, plus it was just a short walk to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely keep it in mind for a future visit to the beach!

Best beach rental EVER!

Absolutely top location literally steps from the beach. Lovely two story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths , two balconies and back patio, plenty of parking and convenient to so much. Super clean, fully stocked and tastefully decorated. Owners were amazingly responsive and so glad we actually got to meet Carol and Bob while they stayed in their unit next door while doing upgrades. We left for the beach and came back to brand new chairs on our porch!

My new favorite in NMB!

I have been to Myrtle Beach many times both as a kid with my family and now as an adult with my fiance. I can't tell you enough how much I wish we found this property sooner. First off, Carol and Bob were the nicest people to deal with when it came to communication. They kept us up to date on when the property was available for us and answered any and all questions both before and during our stay. Now for the property, the pictures are what sold us on this but they don't even do it justice. It's hard to believe but it's actually bigger than how the pictures make it look. Upon arrival we knew right away that the location was pretty much perfect, but this property offers so much space and comfort. And back to the location, never in my past stays in MB was I less concerned about packing up for the beach. That's how close this property is, that if we forgot to bring something down with us there's no need to get angry because it's the shortest walk I've ever had back to the room. And the view from the master balcony was so great, it was nice enjoying a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. And let's not forget about it being dog friendly! This was the first trip to the beach with our pup but it certainly won't be the last. And we will definitely be looking for this property listing the next time we visit!

Golf & Beach

We have visited the Grand Strand many times and stayed in many different places from Pawleys to Calabash. This time we wanted to balance our stay between golf and the beach. We found this location worked very well for that. Our Corgi enjoyed his beach access every morning. Great courses within a 20 minute drive. Next time we stay in North Myrtle Beach, we'd look here first.

Best Stay We Have Had with a VRBO

I cannot stress enough how amazing this VRBO was. Extremely clean, well stocked with all your needs. Better than the pictures show. Communication with Carol was perfect. Would recommend to anyone. I have stayed in several VRBO properties. This is by far my favorite. We had a great time. Thank you again.

Love it!

We were very happy with the condo we rented. It was very roomy and clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great location for us as we love North Myrtle, Crescent Beach and Cherry Grove. It is very convenient to all and a quiet section. We will definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was very easy too.

Beach in October... perfect.....

this property met all of my expectations.......Perfect proximity to the beach......Sunrise was amazing....Easy parking.....Great Communication with owner......Property was clean with ...easy access to grocery store....restaurants...etc....whether you spend your day on the beach....reading a book on the balcony.... or shopping at nearby outlets....this is the perfect location while staying in North Myrtle....

Best Ever!

This is the BEST townhouse ever! It is very clean and well stock with everything you would ever need at the beach. It is a home away from home. They have beach chairs, umbras, and sand mats. The kitchen is well stock with spices and cooking pots & pans. The balcony upstairs has a perfect view of the ocean where we had breakfast every morning. It is just amazing! And we got to take our dog Lola. It was so great to have her with us on vacation. And Carol and Bob are the best! They keep their properties in tip top shape. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we can"t wait to come back!

Location Information: We are part of a small private townhouse (only 5 Units) located at Longbay landing in North Myrtle beach. We are just steps away from the beach for a relaxing vacation. This is a family friendly area. We are close to many of the attractions in North Myrtle. Free concerts on Thursdays in downtown North Myrtle. Sounds of summer Concert Series: Held at McLean Park (in N. Myrtle Beach at 2nd Avenue S and Oak St): On the 3rd Friday of each month, from July through September, bring a blanket, lawn chairs, food and non-alcoholic beverages and enjoy some free concerts. The best Irish pub (Molly Darcy's) is in walking distance with patio seating. We are close to the Baywatch hotel which also has a great relaxing outdoor bar and live weekend entertainment. Every type of dining you will ever need within minutes away. The Duplin Winery is a great place to stop. Many golf courses and mini golf courses just minutes away.
BAREFOOT LANDING: The world-famous Barefoot Landing shopping & dining destination is only 1.5 miles South, off of 48th Ave South in N. Myrtle Beach. This complex has great restaurants and entertainment such as Fireworks, amusements rides, live entertainers and arcade-- LuLu's oceanfront family restaurant, Greg Norman's Australian Grille, Flying Fish restaurant, The Crooked Hammock Brewery, Ultimate California pizza, Umberto’s Italian Trattoria, Taco Mundo, Wild Wings Cafe, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Dick's Last Resort, Blueberry Grill, and tons of shopping.
Tanger outlets and many other stores within minutes away.
The theaters during all seasons and the holidays have great shows for all.
BROADWAY AT THE BEACH: A little over 10 miles from our property in Myrtle Beach, this huge complex contains many restaurants, and tons of shopping.

Close to golf courses. Sleeps 6, comfortably. Full Kitchen, washer dryer, TV cable, Internet. We have hair dryers in both of the upstairs bathrooms. Small dogs under 40 lbs. allowed by approval.
