A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers a flexible third sleeping area. The unit includes two full bathrooms, a full kitchen (appliances, cookware), a dining area, washer/dryer, private balcony or patio, and comfortable living space with TV and furnishings.
As part of WorldMark Indio, you’ll have access to resort amenities like outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, game room, tennis courts, fitness center, children’s activities, landscaped grounds, and on-site services. The location is ideal for exploring Palm Desert, Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, golf courses, outlet shopping, dining, and desert views.
