This property is in a great location with easy access to the bus and Blue Line. The place was clean and comfortable. There were maps available and helpful info on nearby eats. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice property with a good location. Street parking was not an issue. Upon check-in, we had a minor inconvenience and the host was responsive to communication, worked to make it right immediately, and offered us compensation to boot.

We stayed at this place for lalapalooza, and it was beyond worth it! Great location, close enough to the blue line, super comfortable and clean. 10/10 recommend!

We loved the location in a green neighborhood of historic homes. We could walk to coffee and breakfast. The second story flat had a wonderful dining area that overlooked the street. It was fun watching the dog walkers, bunnies and the lightening storms! It was very clean and the kitchen was great. The bathtub/shower requires a steep step in however, but the water was hot with great pressure.

Very spacious, clean facility. Easy parking on quiet street. Host was very quick to respond to all questions. Only negative but not a deal breaker was that the king size bed was too big for the bedroom layout, making it awkward getting in and out of bed. Bedroom was a good size with large walk-in closet . Yes I would visit again!

Great location, with in walking distance of blue line and right near a bus stop. Love the community feeling of the neighborhood and the unit was really nice. Clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay while we went to a concert at Wrigley.

The place was clean and pretty comfortable but is not a 1.5 br apartment. It's a 1 br. The closet the host says is a half bedroom isn't big enough for anyone to sleep in. Also, the code to the lockbox was incorrect. I had to message the host to get the correct code. I don't know if that's Vrbo's fault or the host's, but it was inconvenient. Finally, the only coffee maker in the place is a Keurig, so you have to choose between plastic pollution, instant coffee or going out every morning.On the positive, it was clean, and everything worked. It's also walking distance to the blue line and restaurants.

Check in was simple and easy. This property was only a 20min walk through a gorgeous neighborhood to the end of the Brown metro line. The bedding arrangement was not accurate with the listing upon arrival. A Queen, a trundel with 2 Twins, and a large couch were able to sleep the 4 adults in this party. The "Twin" in the cubby is only sizeable for a child, not in this party. Other than sleeping arrangements, the space was gorgeous, well kept and well supplied for everyday needs.

Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed at a great price. No problem finding free parking on the street. The one glitch was when we arrived after dark. There were no lights on at the front of the unit. We couldn’t even see the house number without entering the gate and going up the dark stairs. There are two light fixtures on either side of the door. However, these were either not working, or turned off. The entrance should be lit up for convenience and safety. Other than that, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo and found it to be a great base for exploring Chicago. The location was convenient—about an 18-minute drive to Grant Park, and approximately 49 minutes by public transportation during the weekend( they were doing track work hence the longer time). Getting into the city was easy using the Blue Line, which we found simple and reliable.The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and very family-friendly. There are several local shops and conveniences located about three blocks from the apartment, which was a nice bonus.Parking was generally not a problem, but it is street parking, so depending on availability, you may need to park a short distance from the condo.The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay.A few things future guests may want to consider: if you have significant allergies, this may not be the ideal fit, as there were plants inside the condo. Also, the unit requires climbing stairs, so it may not be suitable for anyone with knee issues, mobility limitations, or difficulty navigating stairs.Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this property to travelers looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to downtown Chicago.

Overall, the place was decent and did its job. But we had to do some pre-work to get it ready. Some of it is partially on me for not realizing that essentials were not included like every other stay I’ve booked, but some of the things I still would have expected. For example:- there were no wash clothes for the shower- the body wash that was there was empty and the shampoo there was maybe enough for one person to shower once- we had to put sheets on the beds (they had fitted sheets and a comforter, but no sheet between them)- there was only a 1/4 roll of one-ply toilet paper for the 5 of us and nothing else (I went on a scavenger hunt and found some out in the back stairwell buried under a bunch of other things…not sure if it was for us or not)Some other things that we noticed:- the small bed they call a “single” bed is not an actual single (twin) bed. This is basically a crib mattress on a small bed frame. Meant for anyone less than 4 feet tall probably- the bathroom doesn’t lock and it has a gap in the door, so at the right angle someone can see you sitting on the toilet- the main bed is slanted on one side and sinks into the middle, so it was hard to sleep and I woke up sore every morning - the bath drain needs unclogged (maybe some Drano), it fills up quickly when taking a shower- it’s hard to get in and out of the front doors with luggageOtherwise, it worked for our stay, but we won’t be back. Too many little things not taken care of.

We really enjoyed the property & would stay there again if we come back. There was one issue with dirty linens but the host was very responsive. I do believe the property needs a good dusting but besides that everything was fine!

We stayed for several days in this beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the accommodations and the location (lovely residential neighborhood). Main bedroom bed and trundle bed off living room have comfy mattresses (the toddler bed is small, with a blow-up mattress - not comfortable for adults). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and the bathroom has personal care products, which is a nice bonus. Fancy Keurig, but bring your own pods. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to park right out front on the street all days except one, when we had to park around the corner, a very short walk back to the place. Close to lots of shopping and restaurant, and easy drive to O'Hare airport, downtown, Lincoln Park Zoo, and other points of interest. I would stay here again if I was in the area and highly recommend this stay to others. One note: this place is not for anyone with mobility issues - the stairs to the second floor are steep and the shower is inside a very deep whirlpool bathtub.
