I wish you had contacted me directly on this minor blip, and I would have pointed you to where we stock all supplies for you to access! We try and keep things clean with a couple extra rolls under the sink, and more extras in the cabinet downstairs! We would have happily answered any supply or other queries. Your review means the world to us, and we would have strived to earn all the 5 stars from you!

Very welcoming and kind host who was also responsive before and during visit. House was located close to many restaurants, activities, and access to local sites. We did have a large group of 8 (which we made owner aware of at time of booking). We had a couple “issues” (for lack of a better term) such as not enough towels and wash rags for 8 people for 5 days and not enough toilet paper. But I made the owner aware; and she delivered towels and wash rags. (We told her we were going grocery shopping and would buy our own tp.) Most importantly, my family and I were able to make life-long memories while staying at this nice property that was reasonably priced!

When we first got there , there was no toilet paper or tissue I had to go purchase my own and when I talked to the owner she sent someone out the next morning and they only brought a roll of paper towels . The heat system was out and we had no heat and it was very cold in the house and the owner brought us two space heaters and the house was still cold . Overall the house was nice if the heat was working we might would have had a better experience . It was a great quiet neighborhood as well.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, particularly with the heat and the initial supply issue. As soon as you notified us, we acted immediately by sending someone out with supplies, providing multiple space heaters, and dispatching an HVAC professional right away. Unfortunately, the heating issue required a specific part to be ordered, which was beyond our control and could not be resolved instantly despite our best efforts. That said, we take full responsibility for the disruption this caused to your comfort, and we understand how important heat is, especially during cold weather. We’ve since addressed the supply oversight and have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again for future guests. We truly appreciate your understanding of the circumstances and your kind comments about the home and location. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the seamless experience we strive for.

Bedrooms - The 2 queen and 1 king bed were lacking support and sagged towards the center (the only support under the king was a stack of bricks). Additionally, the mattresses had a plastic cover that were loud and very uncomfortable making sleep very difficult. The bedrooms have no dressers to unload luggage.Bathrooms - Need updates. Fixtures were in poor condition, rust on metal surfaces. Shower (downstairs) enclosure peeling. Found both tubs and sinks had dead insects. Downstairs tub did not drain properly.Stairwell - Hand railing looseLivingroom - Coffee table not safe for kids. Unstable and very wobbly. Rug was in need of a vacuum. Kitchen - 4 coffee cups with one having a broken handle (insufficient for a house with 4 bedrooms), minimal bowls and had bare minimum cleaning supplies (Reached out to the host to provide however while waiting we purchased what we needed)Windows were very dirty. On the positive, the HVAC worked very well, good location and access. Plenty of silverware and dishes, appliances were in good working order. Strong wi-fi, good TVs.
