Other Things to Note: We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you would want from guests in your own home.
- We have a parking pad located to the left of the house for you. Do not park in front of the mailboxes or you will be fined / towed. Please be advised that guests are NOT permitted to park in or access the garage.
- NO UHAULS, TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES OR RVS ALLOWED.
- The owner's storage closet and garage are off limits.
- Please respect our property: Do not wear muddy, sandy or wet shoes in the house. Please do not sit on the furniture or the beds if your clothing is soiled. There are cleaning products in the tall cabinet next to the refrigerator. Additionally, if the bedding is soiled beyond normal use, please wash and dry it before checking out. (Guests are responsible for the cost to replace linens that are stained or damaged beyond repair.)
- There is no smoking inside the rental. Do not smoke outside if the windows or doors are open.
- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES allowed at the house and No guests who are not on the registered guest list for the stay.
- City ordinance is 10pm. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors with your noise level.
- NO PETS are allowed in the home. If you would like to ask for special permission for a registered service animal, please do so prior to booking.
- Report any damages and/or breakages after they occur.
