Serene , cozy condo near the Lake, with unobstructed mountains views, large Deck and BBQ. Pellet stove adds to the cozy feel. Pool & Hot Tub Access at the Club house.

Start your day with coffee on the sunny deck of this peaceful two-bedroom condo, with additional loft bunk beds, among towering redwoods and pines very near Huntington Lake. Just 0.5 miles from China Peak Landing Marina for boat rentals and snacks and 2 miles from China Peak Ski Resort, this is the perfect year-round getaway for outdoor enthusiasts.
In the warmer months, enjoy hiking, swimming, or mountain biking at China Peak Mountain Bike Park, just 2 miles away. In the winter, hit the slopes, explore local snow parks, or simply relax in the serene forest setting.

Inside, you'll find a warm, woodsy retreat with a pellet stove, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area with a smart TV. The open-concept dining area and game table offer plenty of space for meals and games. After a day of adventure, unwind with a drink on the deck, surrounded by peaceful mountain scenery. In an effort to be environmentally sensitive, dish towels are provided instead of paper towels.

The condo also includes access to fantastic shared amenities: a heated seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis / pickleball court, basketball and volleyball areas, and a horseshoe pit.

We loved staying here. The unit is cozy and nicely decorated, and the view from the deck was spectacular. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds off the kitchen. We would definitely stay again.
