No contact. Perfect check in/check out. Place was clean, wonderful, big, unique and comfortable. Bit noisy being next to hwy, fire station and airport, but not a big deal. Hard to keep warm but it was bitter cold, water took along time to get hot from every faucet but again, bitterly cold. Master bath tub was the only true disappointing thing. Literally child size. Would definitely stay again if tub was bigger. Loved our time there. Beautiful house, beautiful layout.

We’re sorry about the noise from the nearby highway, fire station, and airport, and that the house was hard to keep warm during the bitter cold. We’ve passed your comments about heating and the slow hot water to our maintenance team to investigate. We also apologize the master tub felt too small — we’ll evaluate options to improve that fixture. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed your time here. We enjoyed our stay in this north Dallas home. Kitchen was well equipped, and layout was quite nice, providing privacy and natural light throughout. Maintenance issues were an issue in both bathrooms and the primary bedroom required clean sheets. We had specifically chosen the house because it included a barbecue grill, so were disappointed to find that there is actually no grill at the house. We bought a small hibachi and charcoal, so perhaps the next guest will have a grill, or the amenities list can be updated to be more accurate. The house is immediately adjacent to a 6 lane road, so even with the windows closed there is ambient road noise in the bedrooms. The outdoor space was quite pleasant and great for the pups. Make sure to bring everything you need for cooking, including cream and sugar for coffee (which was provided), just salt and pepper in the cupboard.

Regarding the grill, it was mistakenly listed as an amenity at the time of your stay and has been removed to avoid any future confusion.
