Escape to the mountains in this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath riverfront condo, ideally located in historic Old Town Winter Park—just 1/3 mile from the base of Winter Park Resort. Set along a peaceful stretch of river, this condo offers relaxing views, a private deck, and quick access to the slopes via a free shuttle that gets you there in under 10 minutes, or an easy walk.

The main living area features a cozy gas fireplace, large sectional, and warm mountain decor—perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes or trails. The primary bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed and attached ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort.

Downstairs, the second bedroom is great for kids or additional guests, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa, along with a second full bathroom.

Step outside to your private deck overlooking the river, or relax in the shared hot tub, just steps away.

Whether you're skiing in winter or hiking and biking in summer, this Old Town condo puts you close to it all—the resort, trails, restaurants, and the charm of Winter Park's most iconic neighborhood.

Check in process was easy and efficient. Unit was clean and in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped, living room sofa was comfortable. Location was further from the ski base than the listing suggested. Was further than 0.3 miles and not walking distance with ski equipment. The free ski shuttle was much more practical. Closest shuttle station was about 0.25 miles from the unit.

This home was amazing! We came for a week of skiing so wanted to be close to the slopes. The location was so convenient. We walked to the gondola (10 minutes). We never found a way to actually ski to a trail but lack of snow may have prevented access. There is also a ski shuttle that we could have taken outside the complex. The condo itself was very spacious and nicely furnished. Everything was well stocked including the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with supreme linens.We especially loved the incredible view from the living room. We enjoyed watching the skiers during the day, snow cats at night and the beautiful sunrises This was one of our most favorite stays. Thank you for a wonderful week.
