Wonderful beach retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at a rental provided by this company and we really enjoyed it. The location is deep in Sea Pines, a bike ride from Habor Town, with a lovely pool in the neighborhood and fairly close beach access. The home itself was a little older but the company provides all the necessities we needed, and it was more than enough. Towels, detergent, anything we needed, and I we appreciated that. We will gladly stay here again. Thanks!

Love! Love! Love!

The location is perfect - a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to harbour town. The house is super clean and comfortable and has so many little extras that are so helpful when traveling - ziplock bags, extra beach towels, soaps, etc - I could go on and on. Our family had an amazing week and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!!

Great vacation home!

Always an amazing time in HH! This home had a great location, terrific kitchen, comfy beds and overall we had a wonderful time! The bathrooms are dated and might be original but very well kept so it didn’t bother us. We were sad to not be able to sit outside and eat dinner due to the table and chairs being metal and rusted. Hopefully they replace those soon. That was the only disappointment but don’t let that stop you, the place was great and cozy!

This was by far our best rental experience yet! 5 Pine Court is a lovely home on a quiet cul de sac. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice to not have to pack things like laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Communication was excellent! A friendly small bird found its way into the home and Beverly addressed it promptly and with grace. Loved the QR code for the home information and the Spotify playlists too. I highly recommend BESTNEST!

January 2015 Stay

The most enjoyable stay we've had in over twenty years of visiting Hilton Head. Our rental was upscale and spotless. It was so nicely decorated that i plan to use some of the ideas in my own home. The location is both quiet and convenient. The rental staff is friendly and responsive. We loved the directory of services included in the house. Everything was great. We couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent

Very satisfied stay. Really nice decor, spotless, and stocked with amenities as would your own house and you don't have to worry about shoping for cleaning supplies or running out of toilet paper... Impressive because you do not expect this in a vacation property. But most importantly and unbelievable that they have the sharpest cooking knives... Try to match that! Highly recommended!

Very nice… comfortable house

Very clean.. and nicely stocked. It was great to not have to get all the little basics, such as soaps, paper towels, laundry soap, etc…. I love how things were labeled in the kitchen. Very helpful. The towels were nice and fluffy… and it was soooo nice to have a nice washer and dryer. I’ve rented too many beach homes… large, pricey ones… that skimp out on the washer and dryer…. This was very nice.

Great First Hilton Head Experience

The location was great...central Sea Pines, close to everything, but quiet and kind of out of the way at the same time. The house had everything we needed (kitchen items, beach stuff, etc.). Beverly and her team made it super-easy, too--great communication and details to make it so nice! (One small note: two bikes are included at the house, though not mentioned in the description, so this would've saved us a little bit of money on bike rentals for the week.) We biked just about everywhere! Loved the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, especially. Honestly, we couldn't think of anything we would change.

Perfect sea pines home for Memorial Day weekend

We stayed at this property with 3 adults and 3 teenage girls and it was a beautiful home and super convenient to the beach and harbor town by bike ride (under 10 min). Home very well kept and clean as advertised. Grill and porch were perfect for us. Would rent again for sure.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was even nicer in person than the pictures showed. It was extremely well stocked and organized. I love the fact that it had all the items that you hate to buy at the grocery store for a trip like hand wash, dish detergent, trashcan liners, etc. It was about a 10 minute ride to the beach club which was a nice bike ride. Also, we realized if you ride to the back of the neighborhood, there is a path that lets you out in one of the restaurant shopping areas which was really nice! I would highly recommend this location for a Hilton Head getaway!

Loved it!

We have been coming to HHI for years and have enjoyed making it a traditional vacation with our kids. 5 Pine Court was a perfect size and location to meet the needs of our family. Very clean and updated with all the necessary amenities to make the stay a breeze.

Excellent for family accommodation for vacation

This is a lovely home for family vacation. This is our first time visiting Hilton Head. The house made us feel at home with my entire family and we love it. Very clean and well organized, we made sure we left it clean before we left. We love this place and will consider it again next time.

Perfect for our family!

Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for my family- a large amount of space, upstairs bedrooms and bathroom for the kids, nice laundry room, great closet space in the main bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen. The rental company had amazing communication, and the included extras (trash bags, smaller baggies, paper towels, beach towels, beach toys, soap, etc.) made our vacation so much easier. The only downside for us was the bike ride to the beach, as my mom ended up not being comfortable on a bike, which complicated things. It is a quick 10 minute bike ride to the beach, as well as restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood pool was nice, and there is a tennis court and small playground next to the pool. I walked the neighborhood many times with our dog- we saw an alligator out on the road once and in the water the other times, so be aware of that (they are everywhere in HH). Be sure to bring bug spray because the mosquitos were awful. If you don't mind a bike ride to the beach, this is a great place to stay!

We were able to cook several full meals in the large kitchen. The house was decorated very tastefully and the 2 car garage was convenient. We were able to ride bikes to the beach, the pool, and Harbour Town. And it was a short drive to South Beach. I was very pleased with the small touches that were included in the property. We've stayed in Sea Pines numerous times and love the location. However, this property was the nicest we have stayed in, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent rental management company

This house was stocked with all essentials before we arrived. This house was very up to date and conveniently located in sea pines. We were able to easily hike to the beach and to harbor town. Highly recommend anything Beverly Serrel !!!!!
