Enjoy creek access for fishing, three pavilions, fire pit gatherings, and two creekside swings with picnic tables. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking peace and mountain charm, this open-concept suite blends comfort with nature just steps from the water.

Cliffside Cottage is designed for comfort and convenience in a peaceful mountain setting. Inside, you’ll find a spacious studio layout with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and fully equipped kitchenette. Everything you need for a self-contained stay.

Outdoors, guests have access to unique property amenities: three covered pavilions, two creekside swings, picnic tables, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The cottage can be booked on its own or alongside Cliffside Retreat for groups or multiple families traveling together.

Guests have full private access to the cottage, including the studio living area, bathroom, and kitchenette. Outdoor amenities — creek access, pavilions, swings, fire pit, and picnic tables — are shared with Cliffside Retreat if both properties are occupied.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home during your stay. This is a self-check-in property with a secure lockbox for easy access.

We’re always available by Airbnb message, call, or text if you need anything during your stay, and our local team can assist quickly if needed. You may see us maintaining the grounds or creek area occasionally, but otherwise, the space is entirely yours to enjoy.

One dog under 35 lbs allowed with a $150 pet fee.

Exterior security: 2 cameras (driveway & rear). No interior cameras.

Check-in: After 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.

Lost key replacement: $150 fee.

Outdoor amenities may be shared with Cliffside Retreat guests if both homes are booked separately.

For larger groups, book both Cliffside Cottage and Cliffside Retreat for exclusive use of the full property.

No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval

No parties or events — quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

One dog allowed, under 35 lbs, with prior approval ($75 fee)

Guest must clean up after pet and is responsible for any damages

No smoking or vaping indoors

Outdoor smoking only in designated areas

No illegal substances permitted on the property

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the creek, fire pit, swings, and pavilions

Fires only in the designated fire pit; fully extinguish before leaving

Do not move or remove furniture (indoor or outdoor)

Exterior security cameras on site: doorbell at entry, one facing driveway, one rear facing driveway

No cameras inside the studio or in private outdoor areas

Return all keys to the lockbox at checkout

Lost keys or devices will incur a $100 replacement fee

Treat the home, property, and neighborhood with care
