Located in Kansas City, this marvelous apartment features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, and you'll find amenities like AC, heating, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy all that Kansas City has to offer when you stay at our place. We live upstairs and are a very quiet couple, so don’t worry about a noisy place. The apartment is in the basement of our home in a well established urban neighborhood in south Kansas City.

It was very nice! I didn't really expect the houseowners to be there but the listing does say it's in their basement so that makes total sense and didn't interfere with our stay. The laundry machines were blocked off from another room with temporary walls so I was worried about noise traveling but I didnt notice any. The property owners were also very nice and answered our questions.

We’re Missouri natives who love time with family and friends. Chrissy is a teacher and Chuck is retired from law enforcement. We’ve been married since 1989. We enjoy travel, dining out, listening to music, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

We live in the upper level of the house, so we know a lot about the neighborhood. We enjoy our neighbors. Everyone is friendly and hardworking. We have a Dollar General close by and also the famous Fox and Bull baking company. Both are located with a 1/2 mile of the apartment. Located 3 miles away to the west is the Red Bridge area with Minor Park, Wonderscope Children’s Museum, The Red Bridge Shopping Center is also 3 miles away with a grocery store, CVS, restaurants and small shops. One of the best features is our proximity to the interstate system in KC. This puts us within 10 minutes of the Chiefs and Royals, St, Joseph Hospital, and the Overland Park Convention Center.
