Guests can enjoy a newly renovated full kitchen, espresso machine, washer & dryer, 4 burner propane grill, along with both a covered patio and a screened-in porch.
With a west/southwest-facing backyard overlooking a nature landscape with no rear neighbors, you can unwind with tranquil sunsets, quiet outdoor serenity, bird watching, mountain views, and—after dusk—the twinkle of city lights. Plus, a telescope!

The community pool is a short walking distance from the home and is unheated. Swimming is most comfortable from approximately April 15 through September 30. The pool remains open year-round for guests who enjoy a refreshing cold plunge during the winter months.
