Gorgeous Single Family Pool Home located in Gated Promenade West, in the Popular and conveniently located The Forum. The Forum offers many restaurant choices, Home Depot, Target, Starbucks, and Home Good stores. The Forum is located right off Colonial Blvd by I75, 15 minutes from the Twins Spring Training facility, and 20 minutes from the Red Sox Facility. Ft Myers and Sanibel Beaches are 10 miles away. The home itself is loaded with upgrades, and has every amenity you could want for a vacation home. Just bring your toothbrush! All Utilities are included. Pets welcome on case by case basis.
