Perfect for game day weekends, move in day, orientation, parents weekend, double decker or just a weekend away.

We came in for a game weekend and enjoyed the proximity to campus, the family hang out room, and having space for our student to come stay with us for a break from the dorms. We would definitely stay again! Beds were super comfy as well!

The host was fantastic at communication and the space was incredibly clean; however, I found out that the refrigerator was broken when I checked in. The host did what she could do have a repairman come out but of course, it was a major part that needed to be ordered...the appliance could not be fixed while I was in town. So that meant that two bags of items I purchased at Walmart to use during my stay had to be thrown out (no refrigeration) and something as simple as ice for water or even filtered water from the fridge dispenser could not be had.Secondly, the cleaning service left NO PAPER PRODUCTS for me to use. This includes toilet paper as well as paper towels. Imagine my surprise when I went to use the bathroom after making a 9 hour car trip into town and finding no toilet paper in the house. Because the host does not live in town, I HAD TO GO MYSELF and buy these things. Just a number of inconveniences at a rental property that I chose to stay at versus a hotel. If I HAD chosen a hotel instead of this rental I would have had a working fridge, ice and toilet paper/napkins in my room.

I check on the property often as well as stay in it with my family. We have been using the same cleaning service since the purchase of the property. I have never had any issue with the quality of the cleaning or paper towels and toilet paper being replaced. I apologized and offered to get a repairman over as soon as possible. I was told that is was fine and it was really not a big deal but if it could be fixed would be great! I did everything I could and also offered to reimburse her for her items she purchased. She never responded. I have never had anything happen like that before and have gotten 5 stars from all other guest! I tried everything I could to make it right. I spoke with the cleaning company and they assured me that this would not happen again. The refrigerator was repaired. I would have offered more solutions such as getting the things she needed delivered including toilet paper, ice, etc. but was told it was fine so offered reimbursement instead.
