Stay for a three night minimum for a rate of $150.00 per night and a cleaning fee of $150.00.

This luxurious studio offers every amenity that the discerning traveler could desire.

From a bed you never want to leave, to linens that make you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel, every one of your desires will be met.

The Studio comes with a top of the line TOTO Bidet Washlet Toilet Lid that makes clean up a pleasure.

Every detail has been thought of to give you the maximum comfort so you can enjoy your time in Provincetown to the max.


Enjoy the two newly painted Adirondack chairs with comfy cushions. Perfect for your morning coffee, reading, enjoying the sights or enjoying a cocktail.


Speaking of cocktails, there are two bar stools you may set up at the freshly painted deck rail where you can drink up and watch the world go by.


Once you stay the weekend, you will want to stay the week! And guess what, we will extend the same rate for an entire week.

In lieu of a security deposit we charge a $59.00 Protection Fee that is non-refundable, that covers damages up to $1500.00.
