Right-o-Way Retreat - Remodeled 1 BR Condo - Hot Tub - Direct Mountain Access
Enjoy summer season in Steamboat Springs from this renovated 1-bedroom condo with easy mountain access (~100 steps from Zig Zag trail) at Storm Meadows East. This cozy space features a king bed in the primary bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. After a day on the mountain, relax by the mountain-side fire pit or unwind in the community hot tub just steps from the building. We hope you'll enjoy the area as much as we do and we'll be available to answer any questions during your stay.
The unit is supplied with quality linens and towels, hotel-style toiletries, and essential kitchen supplies. A private gear locker is conveniently located on the same floor. From the condo floor, you can access the mountain trails, fire pit, and hot tub by walking outside and down a short set of stairs. Many guests also enjoy walking or skiing to the nearby mountain base area for dining and events.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*Snow conditions: may affect ski access during early and late season
*Building layout: Building is built into a hillside with the main parking lot entrance on the 6th floor. Floors 4-6 have elevator access (condo is on 4th floor). From the 4th floor, you can walk outside to the mountain side and access the ski trail, hot tub, and fire pit down a short flight of stairs.
*Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available on the floor in the shared hallway.
*Fireplace: The gas fireplace operates November–April only.
*A/C: The unit does not have air conditioning; fans are provided.
*Pets: No pets allowed per HOA rules.
*Smoking: no smoking, vapes, or e-cigarettes of any kind allowed on premises per HOA rules.
*Cleaning: The condo is professionally cleaned prior to each stay; mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee.
*If we do not receive the correct number of keys and parking passes back after your stay, $20 per key or parking pass will be deducted from your security deposit to replace them if you do not mail them back.
