Welcome to Singletree Haven — Your Modern Boulder-Area Studio Retreat

Your peaceful home base for exploring Boulder, Denver, and the Rocky Mountains. This thoughtfully designed second-floor studio in Superior, Colorado offers mountain access, modern amenities, and a private entrance, perfect for both short and extended stays.

Inside, enjoy a luxurious steam shower, in-unit washer and dryer, and ample closet space. The bedroom features nightstands with built-in charging, and the sofa easily converts into a twin bed for an extra guest. Families are welcome — a pack ’n play is available upon request.

The full kitchen includes everything you need to cook and dine in: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher. The adjustable coffee table doubles as a workstation or dining space, and the large smart TV (Netflix, Prime, and more) keeps you connected and entertained.

Enjoy your private east-facing balcony for sunrise coffee or an evening breeze.

Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in Superior, you’re steps from Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Panera, Starbucks, and local favorites like Wayne’s Smoke Shack and Bambei Brewing.

We’re two doors down from trail access with hundreds of miles of hiking and biking paths — and Boulder’s famous mountain parks are just a 15-minute drive away. Downtown Louisville (10 minutes) offers a charming mountain-town vibe, while Denver is just 25 minutes by car or accessible via nearby public transit.

Private driveway parking is included, and we can help arrange Turo car delivery to the home for your convenience.

Guest access
You'll have direct and private access to the Studio located above the garage on the north side of the house. The entrance is up the cedar stairs on the north side of the house and is accessed via a key pad. We'll send you your unique code prior to your check in.

Parking is available both in the driveway and on the street.

Other things to note
The neighborhood is still being rebuilt from the Marshall Fires in 2021. Construction may take place during business hours as people work to get back in their homes.

The unit is above our attached garage. We do not open or close the garage door during quiet hours (9:00PM-7:00AM) .

There is no smoking allowed in or on the premises.
