The Space:
Each of the 5 bedrooms has plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master includes a king bed, three bedrooms offer queen beds, and the final bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed. There are also two futons in the basement for additional people to sleep. The home includes three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, giving plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day.

The communal areas of the house are equally exceptional. The living room boasts ample seating where you can unwind with friends and family, sharing stories or simply enjoying each other's company. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space to prepare culinary delights.

No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy within the property.

Quiet Hours: To maintain the peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours outside from 10pm to 8am. We kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum during this period.

Guest Count: The maximum occupancy for our home is 14. Please ensure that your group size does not exceed this limit.

Events and Parties: Our space is not suitable for parties or events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the residential nature of the neighborhood.

Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. Please make necessary arrangements for your furry friends before your visit.

Respect for Neighbors: We have wonderful neighbors who contribute to the peaceful ambiance of the area. Kindly maintain a respectful distance and avoid disturbances during your stay.

Cleaning and Damages: A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. However, guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any excessive cleaning required or damages incurred may result in additional fees.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
