We purchased our condo in September 2011 after vacationing in Fort Myers Beach during our son’s spring break earlier that year. We immediately fell in love with the area’s beautiful white sand beaches, warm Gulf waters, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. It didn’t take long for us to realize this was where we wanted to own a vacation home and, one day, retire.

We are Minnesota residents and visit our condo twice each year to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer. We take great pride in maintaining our home and continually make updates to ensure it is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for our guests.

Step outside and enjoy leisurely walks along the breathtaking seven-mile stretch of soft white sand beach. Keep an eye out for the incredible Gulf wildlife, including dolphins, great blue herons, starfish, hermit crabs, and an abundance of beautiful seashells waiting to be discovered.

Conveniently located directly across the street is Santini Plaza, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, pizza, ice cream, a sports bar, and a CVS Pharmacy—everything you need just a short walk away.

Our condo is more than just a vacation rental—it’s our home away from home. Since purchasing it in 2011, we’ve continually updated and maintained it with the same care and attention we would for our own family. We personally visit twice each year to ensure everything is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests.

What truly sets our condo apart is its unbeatable beachfront location. Wake up to beautiful Gulf views, spend your days walking the sugar-white sand beach, collecting seashells, or watching dolphins play just offshore. In the evening, relax on the beach and experience some of the most breathtaking sunsets you’ll ever see.

We’ve thoughtfully stocked the condo with the extras that make your vacation easier and more enjoyable, including beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We want you to spend less time packing and shopping and more time enjoying your vacation.

Our location is another highlight. Santini Plaza is directly across the street, offering restaurants, shopping, ice cream, pizza, a sports bar, and a CVS Pharmacy—all within a short walk. You can easily enjoy the best of Fort Myers Beach without needing to drive.
