The space
A comfortable Studio room with private balcony and bathroom. The accommodation comes with a maid service twice a week, 2 bottles of water daily, all good quality linens, and bathroom amenities.
Guest access
Guest will be issued the passcode to the front door, and your room number. Wifi password will be given to you as well so you can feel confident amd worry-free that you stay connected as soon as you arrive at our building in case you need to communicate with us. Your room will be left unlocked on the day of your arrival, key cards & key to your room is placed inside your room.
Other things to note
3000 baht deposit will be called upon arrival.

Electricity will be charged at 6.5 baht/unit and 14 baht/unit for water.

Each room will have its own meter. we will write down the beginning number when you arrive.
