The space
We are a quiet building that has welcomed many guests around the world. In the room, there are A/C, Large Wardrobe, water heater, minibar fridge, Android TV, outdoor patio set, table with 2 chairs, chinawares. We have a small convenient store nearby and easy access to Bus station. We are close to Don Muang Air port ( our regional airlines hub), Immigration office, Impact Muang Thong Areana and many tourist attractions.
Guest access
Our staff is in 7 days a week, 9-5 After hours, You will be issued a passcode and a room number to get in at your leisure time. The room door will be left unlocked and keys are inside the room.
Other things to note
The room rate will includes utilities.Each room has its own meter for water and electricity. Water is 14 baht/unit and electricity is 6.5 baht/unit. Average I have seen if from a few hundreds baht per month to a few thousands baht/month. Mid range I would say 1400-1800baht/month.

This neighborhood is very quiet and safe neighborhood located just only 19km to downtown core where it allows easy commute around the city. The area is very well developed for local residential living with necessary amenities like good hospitals, malls, famous street food of Bangkok, local temples and markets around.

We are only 200 meters from the main road but far enough to provide tranquility to your stay. We are a 24 rooms apartment that, not only "NO charge for cleaning fee", but do include maid service twice a week with bathroom amenities and all linens. Considering a space, location, and prices, we offer the best value accommodation in town.
