We came down to celebrate our daughters first birthday and We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful and very clean, walking distance to the beach shops and restaurants! The host was very responsive to any questions. Perfect house for a family vacation!

The house was great for a family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for cooking. (We didnt cook in much because I'm on vacation. Lol)The walk to the beach was short and the wagon and beach supplies were above and beyond. The house is so clean! I wiped up a spill on the kitchen floor and got zero dirt. My daughter is a clean freak and commented on how clean it is. The pool was perfect between the beach. We will be back.

Everything was great , we loved the location , village was a walk away with shops , restaurants , ice cream shops and the beach was probably the best walk we have had ! Easy

Love Siesta Key!

Our family absolutely loved Siesta Key! The location of this house is fantastic, minutes from the beach and also the Village! The wagon made the beach walk much easier as well. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom not having a bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely be back!

Great stay for families

House was very clean when we arrived. The place is spacious and no one felt like they were on top of each other. For reference, we had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 in the house. For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location). Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great vacation

This property very nice , and well kept, clean inside and outside, 5 minutes walking to shopping/dinning and beach , has many amenities , bikes, kayat , 1 beach umbrella , one fishing rod , floats . the only draw back is the first floor bed room does not have a toilet

Exceeded my expectations!

Considering our stay was just after Hurricane Milton, the property appeared seemingly untouched. We were there to celebrate my Mom's 92nd birthday, considering some of her physical challenges, the accommodations were perfect for her. The interior decor has an eclectic vibe that is so fun and inviting. I have a self diagnosed phobia about bathrooms. I can't stress enough how CLEAN EVERYTHING was. NO shower or tub mold. The entire unit was PRISTINE. Location is about a 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Quiet area, easy access to local restaurants and stores. The 24 hr availability to customers service was quite convenient. The property management team is so friendly and customer centric. Should you select this property you've choosen wisely. The ONLY downside to our stay is that we had to leave this bubble of paradise and return to the realities of day to day.

Picture perfect

We had such a nice time in Siesta Keys that we didn't really want to leave! It is gorgeous at the rental home we had and everywhere you can possibly look in the entire town. We walked to the beach and the village daily which was always nice. Thank you to everyone on your team for everything you all did to make sure we were in the best hands. Thank you from all of us. I do hope we can come back real soon! Take Care!

Amazing Waterfront Stay!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spectacular, with a perfect location and beyond adorable style. Everything was clean, welcoming, and communication with the owner was easy. Everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Siesta Key was available. 10/10 would recommend!!

A little dated but lovely

The furniture was well worn but neat and clean. The first sink in the master bathroom would run if you didn’t fiddle with it to position the handle just right. And there weren’t enough bath towels so we had to wash the one each left for us constantly. Those are really minor things that can be fixed easily. The property, the view and the interaction with the management team was awesome!

Siesta Key

House was awesome. Tons of rooms and open main floor for family gathering. A short walk to Siesta Key Beach and all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again.

Siesta Key getaway

We had a great time during our stay! This House is in a perfect location for beach and Siesta Key village access! And added bonus to kayak and see the manatees in the water just behind the property. We hope to be back very soon!

Great Location, Great for a Family

Our family of 10 had a great time in Siesta Key. The beach was beautiful and so close. You could literally walk everywhere. It was a bit strange having a decorative hole in the master bedroom wall. The service was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool. The accessories for the beach sure came in handy. We really enjoyed it. Overall a great place to stay.

Best Location on the Key!

This property is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Every amenity and a very nice area. I would highly recommend this property. Plenty of space for the whole family and a wonderful heated pool!

Great location!

Family age 8-68 stayed at the property. Easy 1 block walk to beach access. The village with lots of restaurants and shops was an easy walk too. We ended up renting a golf cart for fun but could have done without that and just walked. I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! Loved having chairs and a cooler. We also used the bikes and kayaks. Everything we could have hoped for.

Awesome time at this property

Property is nicely located very clean and spacious equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. Only one negative comment and it wasn’t that bad is just something i think they might need to pay attention to in the future. Second level bedroom was really hot , had to sleep with the doors opened so that air from living room and kitchen could come in to the bedroom.. other than that everything was great….

Great for a family vacation

Property description was very comprehensive and accurate. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus. For someone with limited mobility, the bathroom on the main floor had lots of grab bars in shower and on the walls. The elevator was extremely helpful too. A/C on the ground floor failed but was promptly fixed.

Great house/great location

We stayed at this home for 5 nights in May - the house is in a great location - walk to beach, walk to town and sits on the canal with a dock. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). The pool was so nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer 2021 family vacation

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Great location. Very walkable to beaches and downtown. Short drive to everything else. Highly recommend the area and this property.
