i think due to the marathon prices the rooms were higher but i would never pay that amount for what was received at the hotel . our room was clean , the AC barely worked and the water pressure for hot water was very low, i had to take luke warm showers to have pressure.

It was somewhat difficult to get up into the lobby / front desk area. The building appears to be under renovation, but there does not appear to be anything in the works for making it any easier to access.Otherwise, everything was okay.

The location of this property was the best this Host had to offer. Upon checking in I asked one of the attendant's about some of the closest dining establishments and she knew nothing. Her partner next to her shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care to know.My room looked nothing like the photos as advertised, no refrigerator to keep drinks cool, the room and hallways had a lingering musty smell, pool and rooftop were closed and they were among the top reasons for me choosing this property.

Check in was quick and early. They didn’t have capacity to store our luggage so they checked us in early. Much appreciated.

Everything was fine but the parking was slim pickings and most certainly difficult to find. I just think it’s weird to have a 4 or 5 floor hotel with what looked like 35 spot parking 7 for vip members 10 for employees and the rest for the guest. We literally had to ask if we could part in an employee spot. And prayed we didn’t get towed bc someone may have forgotten that they said yes go ahead but other than that it was good
