A car is recommended to explore the area. The property offers convenient on-site parking and easy access to major Pocono highways.



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that we have a security camera outside the property.



• Pet-friendly! ($75 per pet fee) No pee pads allowed (use will result in a fine)

• Must be 25+ to rent

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• As per community rules, all outside lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM.

• Life jackets are required for all lake activities

• Fireworks and glass containers are prohibited in community areas

• Alcohol not permitted in shared spaces (lake, beach, playgrounds, etc.)

• A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca

• The master bedroom's fireplace is only decorative.
