This peaceful first-floor studio is part of our home, with its own private entrance and access to a shared backyard including a firepit and seating areas. About 48 minutes by LIRR to Manhattan, it’s ideal for guests who want to explore the city while staying outside the congestion.

Guests may enjoy the backyard when the host does not have a private event scheduled. Please note that the backyard is shared and is not fully fenced in.

You are welcome to use the available backyard furniture and fire pit area. If you are interested in using the fire pit, please contact the host first for safety instructions and approval.

Our guest suite is located on the first floor of our home with its own private entrance. Please be advised that it is connected to our home, so some normal day-to-day household sounds may occasionally be heard. Once we have guests, it is our priority to make your stay as comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing as possible, including being mindful of noise on our end.

The upstairs deck and the area underneath the deck are off limits.

The driveway storage unit is off limits and is for host use only.
