Welcome to Lowcountry Luxe, a beautifully renovated three-bedroom townhome less than a mile from historic Old Town Bluffton. With updated bathrooms, new flooring, custom kitchen countertops, and a comfortable open-concept layout, this home is an inviting place to relax, reconnect, and explore the best of the Lowcountry.

The home sleeps up to seven guests. Upstairs, the primary suite features a new king-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a new queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom includes two new twin beds. A pullout sofa in the downstairs living area can accommodate one additional guest.

Prepare meals in the renovated, fully equipped kitchen, then gather in the comfortable living and dining areas to unwind. In the evening, settle onto the front porch and enjoy the relaxed pace and warm air of the Lowcountry.

Old Town Bluffton is less than a mile away, putting its restaurants, cafés, art galleries, boutiques, and picturesque Calhoun Street within easy reach. Rent a golf cart to explore the neighborhood, visit the scenic May River, or stroll to the newly renovated Oscar Frazier Park, which features a splash pad, playground, and other recreational amenities.

Lowcountry Luxe is also a convenient home base for exploring the surrounding area. Hilton Head Island and its beaches are approximately 12 minutes away, historic Savannah is about 30 minutes away, and charming Beaufort is roughly a 40-minute drive. Public golf courses, Rose Hill Mansion, and the Hewitt Oaks event venue are also nearby.

Whether you are visiting for the beaches, golf, a wedding, local history, or simply a relaxing change of pace, Lowcountry Luxe offers a comfortable and convenient place to experience Bluffton and the surrounding Lowcountry.

This was our first stay in Bluffton and we were very happy with property location and price. We were able to ride our bikes and even walk to Old Town, which was very convenient. And the neighbors we met were so friendly!

The location was excellent if visiting Old Town Bluffton or Hilton Head. It is a very easy 20-30 min drive to the HHI beaches and Savannah. We could walk to Old Town in 10 minutes and the surrounding area was very peaceful with lots of amazing shops and restaurants. The host could not have been more helpful and the check in and check out process was simple. Amazing place to stay.

This townhouse was perfect for our trip to Bluffton. The host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. The house is really thoughtfully decorated and well-maintained.We loved the location—it’s right by nice park and a short walk to Old Town Bluffton which has some great restaurants. It’s a 20-minute drive to the Hilton Head beaches, which was fine for us.

Our host was so flexible- great communication!We absolutely loved this home away from home in Bluffton Park. Katherine’s home was so clean, comfortable , and well stocked- perfect for our Christmas celebration with our family!Extra special to see the lovely Christmas and holiday lights in the neighborhood! Would definitely rent again.

If you’re anything like me, you spend weeks researching vacation rentals before booking. I read reviews obsessively because the right rental can make or break a vacation, and cleanliness is at the top of my list.When I booked 16 Water Tupelo, I initially panicked because I realized it was in Bluffton instead of Hilton Head. After a little research, I discovered it was actually the perfect location. We were close enough to enjoy Hilton Head, Savannah, and Tybee Island without feeling like we spent our vacation driving.This was, hands down, one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. My sister is extremely particular about cleanliness and couldn’t find a speck of dust anywhere. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from toiletries and kitchen essentials to beach towels. The beds were comfortable, and after five days it truly felt like home.My only disappointment was the pool. It was listed as an amenity, but we later learned it wasn’t available to guests. Since it was my daughter’s birthday, we had planned a relaxing pool day before dinner, so that was disappointing.Other than that, our stay was exceptional. Thank you, Kathleen, for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We made wonderful memories here and will absolutely book again.My advice? Stop scrolling and book it. You won’t regret it.

The house was in excellent condition and completely lived up to our expectations. All appliances ran perfectly and parking was very easy. The home is well located to reach everything you’d like to do within a ten-minute drive at most. Outside of Bluffton, Hilton Head beaches are about a 35-minute drive and well worth a day by the water. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent there so, no need to bring all that stuff with you. The hosts were responsive and the check-in and out was virtually seamless. We were happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book the property again!
