Hello and welcome to Evelyn's Oaks! My name is Andrew, and I am excited to welcome you to my Minocqua Chain lake house. I recently purchased this beautiful home, and I am looking forward to sharing it with you, and your family, as you create amazing memories of your time in the Northwoods.
Minocqua is a very special place for me and my family. I have been coming to the Northwoods since the 1970s and my extended family dates back to this area even longer. I have been looking for a lake house for 10-15 years and was excited when I was able to make my dream a reality in 2025.
I love the outdoors... boating, snowmobiling, fishing, ATVing to name a few. Bring your boat (there is space on my permanent dock on Lake Minocqua) and I am also convenient to the snowmobile trails. You can fish from the dock or venture out on the lake for some of the best fishing around.
Downtown Minocqua is just down the road with great breweries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and some of the best fudge around. There are also some fantastic supper clubs where you can enjoy a true Northwoods fish fry or steak with the perfect mix of charm and sophistication.
The house is set up for you to enjoy time together with friends and family. The views of Lake Minocqua are breathtaking, and you can even see the lights of downtown across the lake. I guarantee you will also see many of the local deer from all the windows with water views on both sides. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay effortless. I enjoy relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying a football game, playing board games or pool. There is also a backyard firepit great for making smores and reminiscing about the day.

Evelyn's Oaks is located along Old Highway 70 just down the road from downtown Minocqua. You are minutes away grocery stores, restaurants, local specialty shops which will make life simple as you enjoy everything that this area has to offer. There is something for everyone within a few steps.
