Check-in begins at 4:00 PM ET; check-out is by 10:00 AM ET. A valid photo ID and major credit card are required at check-in. A $100 pre-authorization hold is placed on arrival. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Minimum age to check in is 21. Parking is free for one vehicle per unit. Lodging taxes apply locally.
