The advantages of this neighborhood are the direct access to the town centre, with shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment being only few minutes walk away; the quietness and peacefulness of our street; and our area being one of the most safe and secure in Swakopmund and Namibia as a whole. Perfect to explore on foot, by bicycle or by taxi for those late nights.

There are numerous quality surf breaks within a few kilometers and Swakopmund and the famous Namib sand dunes adjacent to the town are also accessible by foot 15-20 minutes walk away.
