Consider this new, luxurious, cozy carriage house above the detached garage in DOWNTOWN APEX, your home away from home. This marvelous property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a lovely living room with a queen sofa bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The home is well equipped to cook meals, but even better, walk downtown to several authentic restaurants. Unique shops and the Halle Center are also a walking stroll away. Electronic Charging Station downtown as well as EV Parking at downtown establishments. Beaver Creek shopping center is a quick 2 mile drive which includes popular chain restaurants and shopping. Of course it is equipped with essential AC,heat, iron. We live in the home in front of the property and if there's a special request for additional home items, feel free to ask. Living area is open to stairs.
We have a fantastic parking situation. Please let us know if you need special parking accommodations for a trailer/boat/camper. We could likely arrange to meet your needs. Short drive to Pleasant Park and RDU is 20 min away.

Dawn was amazing from the moment we arrived! We found Dawns cute apartment when looking for a place to stay while attending the Savannah Banana game in Chapel Hill. It was perfect! Dawn even had gifts and snacks waiting for our daughter! So thoughtful! The apartment was very clean and Dawn has thought of literally everything! We will 100% be back and will recommend to anyone coming to the area!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The host was amazing-she left us snacks, sent info on local events, and even left us coupons for local restaurants. Every detail was thought of, and the home was impeccably clean. You won’t be disappointed!

Staying here was such a delight! Being on the road in an area you are unfamiliar with can be daunting and it was so nice to stay somewhere that felt like coming home at the end of the day, as opposed to a cold hotel room in a larger metropolitan area. Dawn was an outstanding host - She was in constant communication to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the accommodations. She even went above and beyond to make several recommendations on where to eat and what to do in downtown Apex. If you haven't experienced downtown Apex, you need to! It is a lovely, welcoming little downtown community, full of charm. I would gladly recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thank you, Dawn!

This place was spotless! It is beautifully appointed, and the on-site owner, Dawn, went over and above to make us feel welcomed. I mean, there were snacks and the makings for mimosas provided, along with sodas and waters!! Daily, Dawn would leave us a treat from the local (within walking distance) coffee shop. Linens and bed were exquisite. Storage areas are plentiful and easily accessible. The bathroom was stocked with fabulous toiletries and luxurious towels. Kitchen is well-stocked with anything you'd need to prepare meals. Dawn left a stack of pamphlets about Apex, and also emailed us about local events. Parking is easy and on-site. Keyless entry made coming and going convenient. We cannot say enough about this wonderful host and VRBO!
