West Harbor Nest has a convenient in-town location so walking to dinner and a show at the Opera House is easy.
West Harbor Nest is a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen is small but has a dining nook and all of the appliances you need to whip up any dish, we`re thinking LOBSTER! The living room is comfortable and has a love seat and two rocking chairs. West Harbor Nest does not have a television but there is wireless internet.
The first bedroom has a full bed and a dresser The views from the harbor are grand from this sweet perch. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet.
If you are looking for an affordable, in-town rental option then this is just the perch in Stonington for you. Come and enjoy easy living and salty air here on Stonington`s waterfront here at West Harbor Nest. The Island Agency is a local company staffed by knowledgeable agents who truly care about your vacation experience. We work closely with our homeowners to be sure that our vacation rentals have all of the amenities that you’ll need to have a great vacation.
The Island Agency has been in business since 2011, offering Real Estate and Rental services on the Blue Hill Peninsula, specializing in Deer Isle and Stonington Properties.
HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING
No large parties or gatherings
No fire pits unless advertised and included
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibly of claims.
