The house was clean and located within walking distance of fun hangouts and nice restaurants. It was a safe location and we had everything we needed for our short stay. We would stay here again!

This is a very cozy, comfortable, and clean home. It is on a quiet street but within walking distance of one of Kansas City's lively entertainment and dining areas. The host is an excellent communicator. We enjoyed our two night stay very much!

Tight quarters through the upstairs, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor bathroom is very small and very tight. The host was very communicative and responsive very quickly.

We were genuinely surprised and disappointed by the 4/10 rating, as this is the lowest rating we’ve ever received and it has a significant impact on small business owners like us who work very hard to create a great guest experience. We completely understand that the bathroom size may not have been ideal for your preferences, though we do try to represent the space as accurately as possible through our listing description and photos so guests can make an informed decision before booking. This space worked really well for us. We came with my MIL to enjoy Christmas in the city. And we did enjoy. It is well located near everything we wanted to do. The house was wonderfully clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens were fresh and white. We will definitely try and stay here again. Alisha was easy to work with and responded quickly when I had a problem with the door. Really great!
