Welcome to Sun Sand and Tee! This stunning villa is situated on Carlinga Drive and is close to all of the wonderful amenities offered in the Lost Key resort! You are short walk to either the Lost Key Beach Club or the larger resort style community pool! Don't feel like walking? Take the complimentary shuttle! We are happy to host you and your friends and family! With 4 bedrooms & 4 baths, the villa can accommodate 11. It is decorated with contemporary sophistication & coastal charm. You will be delighted with all of the upscale finishes in this home! It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, & a private, screened balcony with great views. You're just a short walk or drive to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key and Soldiers Creek Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset & Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative & nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the villa, you will be on the main living level. This level includes a guest bedroom with full bunks and twin trundle, full bath, & an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a two sofas & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, & the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare tasty meals.

Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, a swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club with food, snacks, & beverages for purchase.

Also within Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state of the art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, & this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment & resources of the area while providing an unspoiled backdrop for golfers & visitors to enjoy! The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant & bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course.

The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable, king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower, & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There are two more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, & also has a smart TV & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second also has a king-sized bed, a smart TV, & an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.

The fourth guest bedroom is located on the main living level. It has two comfortable full bunk beds with a twin pull out trundle bed & a smart TV. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom (tub & shower) in the hallway.

We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
