The room was fine. The beds were not queen beds, seemed more like full size beds. We did not receive any check in information prior to our arrival. The front desk said that it was a privately owned room and we needed to contact the owners.
We called the owner to get the check in information and they were very friendly and sent an email and text with instructions.
When we got to the room, there were no glasses for water. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. I texted back and asked if there were any in the room. I never received a reply. In the check in instructions there were two numbers to contact. I texted the other number and never received a reply.
All in all, it was a nice room. Beds were comfy, but a little smaller than advertised. The resort is nice. But the lack of communication prior to checking in and after check in really impacted our stay.
