The house is wonderful and accommodated our party of 10 perfectly. The listing doesn’t do it justice, it was even nicer than expected. The large walk-in pantry off the kitchen was fantastic, and the generous mudroom at the front of the house was especially appreciated for our snowmobile and ski gear. Overall, the home was very clean, well maintained, and everything was updated and in good working order.That said, the stay would have been even more comfortable with a few additional basic supplies for guests. Each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper, which went quickly with a group of 10 staying four days. While the house book notes that guests should purchase more if needed, it would have been nice not to have to make extra trips, especially since we were visiting over a holiday and finding open stores was challenging. Similarly, coffee filters were not provided, and there’s no way to know in advance what type to bring. It was frustrating to wake up and not be able to make coffee without another store run, and then be left with unused filters afterward. We also initially found only six bath towels for our group, though we later found additional towels in the dryer after purchasing more. There was just one trash bag and one dishwasher pod, which meant frequent handwashing with a full house.These were minor inconveniences overall, but they do stand out when you’re on vacation and already investing in a larger rental. Lovely stay overall. We would book again.
