This apartment has very large bedrooms with an open kitchen/living area opening to a porch and level yard. This is a quiet residential neighborhood just under Ben Lomond Peak looking southward from The Great Salt Lake to the North Ogden Divide and down on the City of Ogden. Living on a cultural-de-sac off another cut-de-sac tucked up under "Paramount Mountain" peak is as safe and quiet as it gets.

From this property you have a 40 mile view. From The Salt Lake, including Antelope Island, the Ochre Mountains, and Mount Ogden the sunrises and sunsets are simply amazing. The property includes apple, peach, pear, plum, and cherry trees with grape, black and raspberries producing all summer long.
