We have just had a two month stay at this property and we have had a very enjoyable holiday. We love Estero but didn’t know this community very well however we had nothing to be concerned about. The home itself is in a lovely, friendly community which has a gym, pickleball courts, tennis courts, fantastic resort style pool, bar, restaurant and a cafe. The staff are all very polite and welcoming.The house is just gorgeous. It is exceptionally well equipped and I don’t think there was anything lacking at all - from the kitchen having nearly every appliance you could ever need to the outdoors having everything you want to relax in the pool or relax by the pool. There was plenty of loungers, seating and even a table with a gas fire pit (was too warm to use in August but it was there!!) We also made use of the BBQ provided. The house was furnished beautifully and the bedrooms all had VERY comfortable beds. There is a Publix about 1 mile or so down the road or another about a 10 min drive to the main shops in Estero. Our host was extremely responsive and she gave very detailed check in information. She was great to deal with when we had any questions and if we needed to let her know anything. Our check in was smooth sailing from start to finish and even though we arrived at the property after 10pm there no issue at all.All in all I would highly recommend this property!!
