Hello and welcome! I’m Katherine, and together with my husband, Paul, and our son, Derek, we proudly host guests across our properties. Hospitality is more than just a business to us—it’s a passion we’ve built through decades of dedication, care, and attention to detail.

Paul and I bring over 40 years of combined experience in property care and cleanliness through our commercial cleaning company, where we learned that comfort begins with a spotless, safe, and well-maintained space. Our goal is to bring that same level of professionalism and warmth to every stay, ensuring each guest feels completely at home from the moment they arrive.

I became a Nurse at Suffolk County Community College in New York. Also, with a strong Business Management background and owning a few businesses, I’ve always believed that great hosting combines strong organization with genuine care for people. Every guest deserves a smooth, stress-free experience, and that’s why we take the time to prepare each space thoughtfully—from crisp linens and sparkling surfaces to little touches that make a big difference.

Our son Derek, a dedicated nurse, shares our family values of compassion and service. Together, we’ve built a team that treats every property like our own home and every guest like family.
